LOCI ratings: Ranks 13 in top twenty

...In Plain Sight dipped to 3.73 million, under performing Law & Order: Criminal Intent’s 4.012 million and dropping out of the top twenty. Although just barely, at #21 in viewers. Some of that was because of the season premiere of Army Wives (also at 10pm on Sunday) which pulled in 3.476 million.
