He's framed and incarcerated in a master prison he designed himself. He needs to escape and find the person who put him behind bars.

Synopsis:  Supreme Ruler follows Steve (Morgan) as he  campaigns to become “Supreme Ruler” of his local Buffalo lodge. He soon  finds himself challenged by Hank Dory (D’Onofrio), an elder lodge member. To  gain more support, he travels to the Order’s annual convention in  Chicago where he befriends Nancy (Harden), a more established “Supreme  Ruler.”

Yoshiko takes it upon herself to solve the mystery about this man, especially when 2 police officers come knocking on their door.
