Joe's Pub: THE GEORGE GERKIE COWBOY EXPERIENCE

Vincent D'Onofrio presents
THE GEORGE GERKIE COWBOY EXPERIENCE WITH SPECIAL GUEST SAM BISBEE
A benefit for The Heroes Health Project
Thursday, July 22 at 7:00 PM

http://joespub.com/

The Heroes Health Project is an extraordinary foundation set up to provide unique help through a successful detoxification program to uniformed personnel who suffer as a result of toxic exposure while in the line of duty. Thousands of police officers and firefighters exposed to toxic methamphetamine labs and soldiers exposed to burn pits in Iraq and Afghanistan are suffering. It is our intent to help those who have put their lives on the line for their community and country and who have put the welfare of others before their own. They were the heroes we looked to whenever help was needed and who, in providing that help, lost their own health and quality of life. It is time to give back. We owe them. Please join us in this worthwhile endeavor by donating to the cause. $40 / $100 VIP ticket including preferred seating and meet & greet.

I bought my VIP ticket yesterday. Today I got a phone call saying they'd made a mistake...The VIP tickets are sold out.

It would be nice if Joe's Pub put that on their website.

Hey Tess, don't be sad!!! I don't think you really need a VIP ticket to meet him. I was there for GGG and the DGITW premiere. the venue is super small..and he walks around before and after the event..in fact his wife was sitting right next to me as well as his nephew..and I am way too shy to actually meet and talk to him, but my husband actually spoke to him and Kate Erbe both times, so its totally possible for you to meet him. Also, I was literally like 2 feet from him as we were getting out of the cab, we saw him get out of the cab as we arrived. So if you got a regular ticket, just try to get there early and stick around after the show..and I bet you will be able to meet him. He was very gracious to everyone.
