Renowned Actors Take the Stage for PushCart Prize Benefit

Last Saturday at Guild Hall WordTheatre put on "Speaking in Tongues," an evening of performances in support of the Pushcart Prize Fellowships. The event brought the stars of "Boardwalk Empire," "Glee," "Law & Order," "True Blood" and others to share the stage.

The evening featured performances by Amy Irving, CCH Pounder of "Avatar," Dennis O'Hare and Chris Bauer of "True Blood," Jessalyn Gilsig of "Glee," and Kathryn Erbe of "Law & Order: Criminal Intent" and more.

Cedering Fox, who founded WordTheatre in 2003, produced and directed the performances. WordTheatre each year presents live performances of contemporary short stories by renowned actors and authors, and in the past has organized a handful of events at Guild Hall, the most recent in 2009. The group is stationed in New York, Los Angeles, and London.

The evening benefited endowments for the Pushcart Prize, an annual literary project that each year honors the best poetry short fiction, essays, and other short works published in small presses. This year is the 35th anniversary of the Pushcart Prize, considered "one of the most important publishing projects in American History" by "Publishers Weekly."

I'm sorry but just what is she wearing?!!!!
They are not great legs at all.She would lok so much nicer in something just below the knee.
Muscles on women's legs is not a pretty sight.

I'm glad she's doing stuff, she seems much less visible than Vincent when LOCI is not filming (I still can't believe that now means FOREVER!)

There was a picture of her a few days ago with a short mini skirt and sleeveless blouse. Her arms looked bigger than her legs. She doesn't use her wardrobe very flatteringly. I say all this in the most kindest of ways. She is a fabalous actress.

She has made better fashion choices, but I think her legs look great. She has runner's legs, as does yours truly, so I'm biased. But no one in that trio looks like they stepped out of Vogue. I do better off the rack at TJ Maxx.
