Leila George in 'Sarah Minds the Dog' at Dixon Place


Vincent D'Onofrio's daughter Leila appears in live radio play "Sarah Minds the Dog".   It's part of 'Tales From Beyond the Pale Live'  series.

So, is it Leila George or Leila Scacchi? Personally, I like Leila D'Onofrio. But glad to see she is on her way. Will be interesting to see what direction she takes.

She uses Leila George in most instances. Even the big poster from Tales lists her as Leila George. I'm assuming that Scacchi is her legal name.

..and I'd bet money it's someone called D'Onofrio who helped get her this gig in the first place.

I would imagine she was raised as Scacchi, but her dad's name would also be on her birth certificate, so she could have been using either all her life. Probably she decided on Leila George so as not to upset either famous parent, and to make her own name in the business.
