Broken Horses synopsis:

 When budding violinist Jacob Heckum returns to his rural Western town to visit his simple-minded brother Buddy, he learns that Buddy has fallen under the influence of murderous ganglord, Hench, who has manipulated the gullible Buddy into a convenient killing machine. Now, Buddy wants to quit the gang and join Jake and his fiancee, Vittoria, but his planned defection has earned the unwitting Jacob a death sentence from Hench, who has no intention of letting his prize hit-man go so easily...

-Hearing rumor that Vincent portrays 'Julius Hench',  a vicious crime lord who rules the rural community where the Heckum boys have been raised.

Having fought against being type cast for his entire career, it's like Hollyweird has decided that's where Vincent now 'fits' - which is unbelieveably depressing! It may be 'fun' to play bad guys, but surely not ALL the time *despairs*
