Vidhu Vinod Chopra takes on Hollywood with 'Broken Horses'

We have seen bollywood actors acting in Hollywood movies, but this time we are seeing a Bollywood director -producer Vidhu Vinod Chopra making a Hollywood movie.

The movie has been titled as the Broken Horses and is going to be a great deal for the filmmaker who is making his direction come back after five years since he last made Amitabh Bachchan, Vidya Balan and Saif Ali Khan starrer Eklavya in 2007.

The movie did not do so well but was critically acclaimed. That was the time when he had announced this Hollywood project but it is coming into being after so long as he was busy with his home productions. The upcoming Bollywood movie of Vidhu Vinod Chopra is Aamir Khan and Anushka Sharma starrer Peekay which we think is going to do great as it features Mr. Perfectionist.

As far as Broken Horses is concerned, sources say that Vidhu has written the script along with his usual collaborator Abhijat Joshi and is currently being consulted by Jason Richman. The movie will star Hollywood actor Vincent D’Onofrio and is currently under the process of shooting in the Death Valley, East California.

We think this one is going to be another blockbuster in the coming days., 11.1.12
