"Crackers" screening to qualify for Oscars

Crackers is in the running for an OSCAR. It will be shown this weekend at The Chinese Theater in Hollywood as part of an Oscar qualifying screening along with six other short films.

If you live in the Hollywood, CA area and are interested in seeing the film, it will be playing Sept 24, 25 and 26. TCL Chinese Theater is located at 6925 Hollywood Blvd., Hollywood, CA

Here is the schedule for the screenings on Sept 24, 25 and 26.

Is this a preliminary competition to see if it will be nominated for "Short Film" or has it already been nominated. I loved "Crackers." I'm sorry I only saw it once. I wish it would come out on DVD. There was once talk of making it a TV series. That would be fantastic but only if they cast Vincent as "Gus," film in New York & start from the beginning that some of the events didn't take place. Those who saw it will know what I mean.
