CRACKERS [2012] - Gus (Vincent D'Onofrio), an out of work chef, is content living in his small paradise, surrounded by his beautiful wife (BethAnn Bonner), vibrant garden, and beloved opera music. Gus's life is turned upside down when his cantankerous mother in law Bidelia (Brenda Vaccaro), and her precious collection of nutcrackers invades his home. He turns to his friends, a blind bookie (Sal Richards) and a barber (Anthony Laciura) for help. Their oddball antics only make matters worse. Gus slowly loses his paradise and his sanity as Bidelia methodically destroys everything that is sacred to him.

You can check LocateTV to find out if it will air in your area.

How can I be happy & sad at the same time. I saw "Crackers" once when it was broadcast on the Internet by mistake. It was perfection. Then the producers, Gregory & Jennifer Principato, sat on it while we begged for a DVD. They said they were going to hit all the movie festivals & then maybe make it into a TV series, which would have been great only if Vincent still played "Gus." I just called my cable company. We don't get that channel. I have even contacted the Principatos. Disappointed again.

I'm sorry Regina. Maybe they will make it available on DVD soon, or as VDOfan said, instant video.
